Spontaneously Activated Systems in Neurodynamics

Abstract
Coupled activation and learning dynamical equations which spontaneously change locations of their attractors due to parametrical periodic excitations are introduced. The phenomenon is based upon two pathological characteristics of the system: failure of the Lipschitz condition at equilibrium points and zero Jacobian of the system.
